How do I log in?
You can log in using the Vodafone Log in Panel at the top of the page. You have to have an existing Vodafone Mobile account to use this service.
How do I search for a song?
You can search via artist in the "Find New Music" panel on the right hand side of the page.
How do I preview a song?
Click on the play button next to the song to hear a 30 second preview.
How do I purchase a song?
Once you sign in, you can purchase a song buy clicking on the “Buy” or “Buy Now” button. Once the confirmation screen appears, click “Buy” again to confirm you r purchase and download the song. Once downloaded, you can access your song in the “My Downloads” section, which appears under the search bar in the side panel.
How can I access tracks I've purchased on the Vlive mobile service?
If you have logged into play using the same mobile account, your previous purchases will appear in the “My Downloads” section on play.
How can I download a purchased track onto my mobile?
Once you have purchased a track on Vodafone Play, you can download your track to your mobile handset from the “My Music” section on Vlive. Click the 'Buy Music' link on the Vodafone live! homepage and then look for the 'My Downloads' link.
How can I download a purchase track onto my computer?
In your “My Downloads” click the “Download” button next to the track, a pop up will appear, chose what program you would like to open your mp3 with and press “Ok.”
